Kollab™ is an authentic street style brand. We pride ourselves on design, quality and workmanship.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, our Easy Return Policy lets you quickly return an order or part of an order for either a Refund or an Exchange, subject to some terms and conditions as listed below:

• Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  
  
• All returned items must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as you received it, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  
  
• Damaged/Defective/Wrong items received have to be notified to the company, within 48 hours from delivery. Read the How to Return section below for details.
  
  
• Non-returnable items:
  Gift cards
  Freebies
  Jewellery (Pendants, medallions, bracelets, lockets)
  Innerwear (Briefs, socks etc.)
  
  
• Exchanges are only done on the same item, in a different size or colour. Such an exchange is subject to availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.
  
  
• Items once exchanged cannot be re-exchanged.
  
  
• Return costs to be borne by the customer.
