If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, our item specific Easy Return Policy lets you quickly return an order or part of an order for either a Refund or an Exchange, subject to some terms and conditions as listed below:
- Our policy lasts 14 days for all Apparel items. If 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
- Our policy lasts 7 days for all Accessories items. If 7 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
- Gift cards
- Jewellery (Pendants, medallions, bracelets, lockets)
- Innerwear (Briefs, socks etc.)
- All returned items must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as you received it, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
- In case, an item fails the inspection due to the above criteria not being fulfilled, the item is to be considered a purchase by the customer whether the customer chooses to accept it or not. Before dispatching the item back to the customer, shipping fees of ₹100 per item, will be charged from the customer upto a maximum of ₹300.
- Damaged/Defective/Wrong items received have to be notified to the company, within 48 hours from delivery. Read the How to Return section below for details.
Exchanges are only done on the same item, in a different size or colour. Such an exchange is subject to availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund on the item price.
- Items once exchanged cannot be re-exchanged and are considered final.
- Kollab through our partners will arrange a pickup from the doorstep. However, customers can choose to ship on their own as well.
- Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer and will vary based on the order. If a Reverse Pickup is missed, an additional charge of ₹100 will be applicable in case the customer wants a re-attempt.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
